? Ability to devise business models and strategies with a major focus on banks and financial service institutions
? Ability to take part in planning, development including data collection, coordination, and participating in various research projects
? Ability to think and approach business scenarios entrepreneurially
? Proficiency in English language to the degree that the candidate is able to read and analyse business documents, and also ability to effectively present various subjects matters in meetings and other group settings
? Familiar with MS Office suite.
? Desire to handle high level of responsibility and ability to work with minimal supervision, and ability to manage priorities and multi-tasking
? A professional background and experience in banking business would be an advantage
