Im taking acai berry pills and says to
?take one pill after lunch and dinner as a dietary supplement.?
what does ?take as a dietary supplement? mean? does it mean to substitute food for the pill? or take the pill with the food?
also..its the acai berry that Oprah was talking about, so i figured its legit.

?Dietary supplements? is a fancy way of saying that taking something may or may not help you in a particular style of dieting. I?ve seen it on herbal teas that are supposed to aid with digestion, too.
